I'm back. Overall the KAQ worked great.

Instead of the biner clips on the side I tinkered with the two main attachment points on the suspension. I still have the original Clark ropes but brought my rings with me. I tinkered with the distance of the rings from the main hammock and finally found something that seemed to keep the KAQ snug when I was in the hammock. Eventually I'll dump the Clark ropes and replace with something else + rings.

Slept OK the first night (first night in Clark!) and the second night I raised the foot end a bit more and slept great!! Temps were right around 60 and all I had was my light fleece bag and the KAQ. I never woke up to cold spots and was toasty all night!

I have a few photos on my camera and will post when I get the chance.
