    Stone Soup....

The super secret planning commitee is also going to organize a Folklore story known as "Stone Soup".

Some of you may remember that story, (there are many versions). A village was brought together and they all pitched in and a big ole pot of soup was made.

I will have a 50qt pot, and start off, with the ingredient invitation.

In addition to the pot luck dinner, Our HAMMOCK VILLAGE will also have
"STONE SOUP" along with the other riches for our bellies.
Sooo, as you head out, bring something to add to the pot, one carrot or a whole pack of carrots, potatoes, seasoning, onions, garlic anything that will go for OUR version of this "Stone Soup" story.

I will start simmering the pot Saturday, way before lunch and plan to let it cook all day, just in time for dinner.

Dont go out and buy a ton of stuff, this is a group / village effort.
Post up if you plan on bringing something for the soup pot.

    Thanks

    Randy

Great idea on the stone soup.
