Bannock bread, now there's a neat idea -- okay, I've got a pretty good recipe -- I'll bring some baggies with the ingredients pre-mixed, so we just need to add water and cook 'em

I just thought of another idea, for those folks bringing the kiddos. I'm something of a historian when it comes to board and card games. I recently came across an ebook version of "The American Boys' Book of Sports and Games," published in 1844 (so I could conveniently read it on my Kindle) -- would anyone be interested if I read up on some of the rules for outdoor games to try and teach the kids?
Alternatively, we'll also have our tub-o-games, including several decks of playing cards, dominoes, and a few other game systems (piecepack, icehouse, and the decktet), if anyone who plans to primarily hang around camp would be interested...

OK! I can see that this hang needs to be at least a week long in order for me to see/do/meet/experience everything!!!! Who's putting together the agenda and map

Not it!
I vote for someone with neat hand writing on a chalk/dry erase board. Or poster board would work too. (I'll help with ideas if someone else will do the artwork)
Maybe one of our scouts could lash up an easel/tripod for the sign... volunteers?
We could set up said board at the group campfire site, usually site #26 and that way as ideas come up we can add to it.
Some items to include could be:
9:00am Saturday Breakfast Taco's w/Uncle Mike (shooting for site 23)
5:30pm Saturday night Pot Luck and Stone Soup feast... Bring something to share (group campfire site) followed by raffle/drawing
X:XX am/pm Splicing with Rat/Captn/and ^shane^ Location TBD
X:XX am/pm Cozy Construction with Sandpiper ... Location TBD
X:XX Old Gringo and CLB's swap shop ...
... Games with Throkda...
... Stone Soup du Randy ...
... Wilderness First Aid tips by Tango61...
... Dutch Oven Tricks and Ideas ...
... Bush Craft...
Is someone going to video and report on all this?
Not that we want to be so organized we don't relax but it does make sense to have some communication so we don't miss out on what all the cool kids are doing until it's over
what is the cost for Saturday night?
Just the park entry fee, and the cost of a campsite....total of $17, unless you're splitting it with someone

Count me in.
It sounds like you all are going to have a great time.
I really wanted to make this my first group hang. My son is having tubes put in his ears on the 7th so I will be staying home with him.
Everyone have fun and be safe...
