With all the hangers that should be there, it sounds like a wonderful, hands-on learning experience for a noob like me and I wouldn't want to miss that.
No worries there... that's a big part of the fun, "show and tell".

Cool Throkda. I don't mind telling and showing what little I know about cooking in a Dutch Oven.

I'd also like to learn some Bushcraft skills and first aid. Now all we need is someone to step forward to lead those areas.

Not fair. The name tags got brought out while Pamela and I went hiking back to the primitive campsites last fall. We didn't get to play the name tag game.

You definitely don't wanna miss this! My first hang out was last year and it was incredible. You couldn't possibly meet more genuine people anywhere else. You learn a lot too! I recommend dropping everything for that weekend!

I will make it if I'm not on the road working. Missed that last one because I am out of state on a job assignment, hope to be back by then. If anyone gets tired of the TX heat, I'm working 30 minutes from the Smoky Mtns. and would love and excuse to ditch work for a few days. I also just ordered my first UQ and want to try it out.

Put me down as a yes. Last years hang conflicted with other plans but I should be able to make this one.
what about campsites? Does everyone spread throughout the park so there are plenty of hang spots?

Well this is my first post and one of the first threads I found. I just bought a Hennessy and that was before I found this forum. I hope I made a good choice. My reason for buying is that I always wanted a hammock and was wanting to do some sort of late fall camping trip. This thread brought it all together so I will definitely try to be there so I can learn more about hanging instead of ground dwelling. Hope to learn more from this forum before then.
