My son is a thru-hiker on App. Trail, and is in Vermont.
He has decided to get off the ground...and wants to do so in a hurry.
He is 6'2" and 180 pounds.
HH explorer with tarp, or Clark of some type [not real familiar with models]
Whomever wants to sell one needs to be OK with PayPal and shipping to a Post Office to hold for hiker.

you should also consider a tarp... the stock HH tarp has a learning curve and on a thru hike is the last place he want to learn that lesson
might want to get a good tarp .. also is he going to be using a pad?
if so i would look at a WBBB dbl layer ... a pad will work in any hammock but the Dbl layer makes it easy to get on and off the pad.. JMO
if your in a hurry i would also consider going new... alot of high end gear does not sell for much less then new gear so the wait might not be worth it.. just something to think about
