I just wanted to give a possible solution to the problem, there are other ways to button that button. They're not for sale as I have to obey the vendor rules and respect the HF vendor guidelines.

Oh they will, but it has to be in the other vendor's section. The rules makes sense as this section is for people collaborating talking about and coming up with solutions. However they supply a section for that. I was just sitting on it as i have been busy lately.

    That was quick! LOL

WV, thanks for the suggestion - a simple elegant solution right under my nose the whole time. I went out and tried and bingo! No more prusiks (although secretly they are fun to make, even if slippery)

Can't wait to get me a mini mini dutch biner to replace my el cheapo brand ones that break regularly.

Would that be the Dutch Micro Biner? So small you can fit 10 on the head of a pin.

I think you will find you need to hang the CRL a bit loose, position the tarp, then go back and tighten up. For those who need it, a "bit" is a couple inches as in enough to let the biner slide fairly easy. Once the line is tight it will not slide well. ;-)
