Which Quilt first?

I am in the same situation: I'd like to end up with both a top quilt and an under quilt, but I don't want to layout the cash for both at the same time.

Seems like the opinions are favoring the under quilt first.

LOL, all I know is I am in the same situation trying to decide which to order first, and I thought I had it all worked out in my mind until this thread got started....I reckon, I just need a second job!!!!!

Looks like I made the correct decision. Eventually, I want to own both a top quilt and under quilt, but couldn't afford to purchase all at the same time, I decided to purchase the UQ first. Can't wait till it arrives with my new hammock and Superfly. This waiting game is not much fun, hopefully will leave today, than wait for the long haul to Australia, Really looking forward to trying out all this new gear.
