I found some cord/rope on Ebay that both glows and reflects, I can not remember the sellers name. He is still selling on Ebay. I used the line on my zipper pulls for the hammock, the tarp tieouts and the head of my hammock. It works great, reflects light and glows in the dark. I am very pleased with it. i put a little left over bit on my dogs harness.
Instructibles had a great how to article last month on how to make your bike a glow in the dark, it makes suggestions on where to buy the paint and other particulars. Interesting.
