Tyvek pillow? whats your tyvek envelope uses?

was just given a bunch of tyvek 9x12 envelopes and am sitting here playing with it, and aside from the stuff sack idea (which im trying to to figure out how to do) and im thinking it could make a good pillow case. thinking it might be too hot being waterproof (drool proof?)

what ideas do you have for tyvek envelopes?

There is a YouTube video out there somewhere that shows you how to make a Tyvek wallet. Also a company that recycles Tyvek into wallets and sells them.

In a different thread on this forum, there was someone asking about pine sap on his straps. I wonder if you could fashion some kind of sleeve to store your straps in after you take your hammock down. I don't know that you could use Tyvek on your straps when your hammock was hung???

The Plucked Chicken. DIY hammock/suspension stuff sack.

Here's the link to a post that could put your materials to use.

I hadn't thought of documenting this project. Thanks for the nudge forward.
