Ragnar's Forge has a laminated Mora, #137, with a full tang and a leather sheath. I got one with the hot wax treatment for the sheath, and the fit is very snug so there's no problem with the knife falling out, but the wax makes it a tough pull to get the knife out at first. I put a small loop of cord through a hole in the end of the handle to help pull with, but now that the sheath is getting broken in it's easier - still secure, though.
Here's one fella,,,http://www.kydexsheath.com/index.html
but i do believe there was someone on the forum here who was making them for folks. Google kydex sheath or do a search for shugs kydex sheath for where he got his.

Just wondering what you folks use as your preferred method of sharpening your Moras? I have a Lansky, but am unsure what angle to use to maintain the correct secondary bevel on my carbon MG Companion Clipper?
Cheers
Got a Mora #1 this past summer - great knife but the sheath is loose - pops out too easily. Gonna have to figure out how to mod it or make my own sheath.
