If memory serves me (and at my age it often doesn't) I believe we've exchanged emails a few years back on a volunteer group that D'Tape and myself somehow find ourselves doing backwoods stuff with. We've got a mutual friend, and D'Tape too, in Boreal Chickadee.

Ordin - yes we did exchange emails a few years ago about the lean-to work you and a group of guys were involved in (sounds like D-Tape was in there with you). I have been to several of the the lean-to's and they all look great. I noticed that you list Camillus as your home, while I used Syracuse (it is my mailing address) - I am right in the old section of Fairmount.

Yeah, D'Tape is one of the crazies, too. Crazier than most actually, I've never, ever seen him in a tent, just his Claytor hammock. Even in the dead of winter! He's a hardcore nut.
