Help Please

Hello all,
My wife and I recently returned from an overnight hammock camp. We have the deep jungle Hennessey double layer hammocks. We've used them once before with no issues. This time, after setting them up, after climbing in we discovered the ridge line sagging into our faces. I tried tightening the hammock and loosening the hammock all the while trying to keep the proper angle. Am I doing something wrong. The ridgeline seems to be tied properly. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks so much in advance.
