    Nothermark is on the right track. A fleece throw will put a layer between you and the vapor barrier pad. You sweat whether warm or cold. A layer of fleece will absorb and hopefully dissipate some of that moisture before it makes its way to your back.

    Yep, after wrapping my ccf pad loosely in a poncho liner, comfort increased greatly.
