things are not looking good for this weekend guys, I forgot about a previous engagement with spending the weekend with my girlfriends parents......... but its not a NO yet.
Dale Gribble: I'm thinking, "new hammock." For me, laying and swaying in a hammock is like a steady morphine drip without the risk of renal failure.

and, i checked the forecast for the weekend, looking like a high in the mid 80s, averaging in the upper 70's. lows around mid 50's

    also, a teaser:

"Wrapped in Ecuadorian Connecticut seed tobacco, and contain Dominican binder and filler. All cigars are made in the Dominican Republic by a limited number of skilled artisans... are aged a minimum of three months after they are rolled and before they are packaged...The cigars are made at the Don Leoncio factory in Tamboril, Dominican Republic and overseen by Juan Rodriguez who has been in the business for thirty years. The cigar has an Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper, a Dominican binder, and four different leaves of Dominican filler. The cigar is advertised as being mild, just shy of medium, and blended to be an "anytime of the day smoke"...The initial flavors were vanilla, smooth coffee and a little spice. The finish was short and clean. Eventually I picked up a little cedar notes to go along with the coffee which then transitioned into a honey finish...The second third displayed a really nice nutty flavor in addition to coffee and vanilla. The cigar also seemed a little more spicy but definitely not harsh. The finish was still sweet like honey. The cigar shows a really nice smooth balance of flavor. The finish was still clean, lingering but not long..."

So stoked for the weekend. Plus an added bonus there is a tattoo convention in MB this weekend as well. Leaving early sunday and to the convention center (after I get cleaned up of course). Plus I just got some new goodies from bloom gorge in the mail today

I was holding out hope that I might make it down for a day visit on Saturday but it looks like I will only have a 3 hour window and it will take over an hour to get there from my place. Hope you guys have a great hang and I'll look forward to reading the trip reports.

    . . .and remember. . . no pics, it didn't happen.

Girlfriend, right? Not fiance. You are good to go to follow the "Man Laws". Plenty of time later on in life to allow your significant other to plan your weekends with visits from her parents. Better make good use of your decision making skills now because someday you won't be making decisions. . . You'll be making requests.
