Dutch, thank you for the kind beard commpliments. You to sir had a fine beard/goatee that hurt me a bit inside when I found out you cut it. Haha. As far as Adam not staring yet, I don't know about that. I ordered it 10 weeks ago, haha. Told them to take their time on it. I've been in no rush but Jen said it should be done by wednesday. Ill be happy with whatever he makes, though the loft situation has been on my mind since ibefore I ordered it. Adam of all people would not make a quilt that doesn't work, hah.

I should be heading to PA late september to hang with you gents, if so I'd love to see your cuben/m55 in person before I order a winter UQ. If you have another by then. I think Adam and Jen just opened the flood gates of insanely busy yet again haha.

Hahahah. Well I at this point I'm concerned. Not over time, but with the multitude of fabrics they've made available. I'd prefer cuben on cuben, or cuben on m55 over cuben on 1.1. I would even be fine paying more to not have 1.1. Though this has arrised some anxiety in me I would be ok with anything or to even wait longer for the lightest weight stuff.

Hey thexuprising, have you checked out this thread.

stormcrow does say he is willing to get creative and have fabric shipped to him. So that really leaves you with lots of options I know it is very anxiety provoking I felt the same way. But that's what I did I shipped him some M55 and he was happy to make me a UL summer sewn through burrow and a summer phoenix. But as soon as I did that I learned about 7D which I believe is a bit lighter but not as breathable. So who know's....I am not sure what my point is but any ways I just wonder when stormcrow is going to make a self heated hammock
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

LLR, it wasn't "choices" I was so worried about. I ordered my cuben UQ 10 weeks ago. Just told him to take his time and put me on the back burner so he could catch up. When I ordered I thought I was getting cuben on cuben. But with the rise of now 3 new other options I became nervous. Mainly that since their hybrids will be cuben on 1.1 and I do not want that. I spoke to Jen and she confirmed that it would be cuben on m55 and I am plenty happy with that.

    Geez whizz...

I just emailed Adam about a 20 F 3/4 UQ with the cuben and either the m55 or the 7d opposite the cuben. Of course at this time of night I don't expect an email back, so hopefully tomorrow... I need to get this order in so I can continue to use my hammock this "winter"...

As for the material, I ordered some M90 and had it sent in to him to make my 45 - 50 burrow and am expecting it in anytime soon. However, now on his site it appears that he may have access to both the 7d and the cuben...

Anyway, thanks for the sway Dutch! (At least I think so... )

EDIT: NM, I just came across Adams post explaining the inner and outer material options. I am sure the 1.1 with the cuben will be fine.

    EDIT #2: Ok, I am # 835... thanks agian...
