    Paddle Hang Green River Kentucky

Got a chance to hit the Pineys and Riffles this month, 16 folks on the water from ou Boy Scout Troop. Wish I had more of the hammock pictures, but after 14 miles of paddlin and piddlin, run myself out of steam. One thing for certain though, I slept 9 hours, the grounders slept 6... so solly scouts!

Some notable pics, the fifth one, I guess you would call that a "widow-maker" Pic 7, some dual purpose equipment, pic 8- HH and DIY livin together off the same tree. Pic 9, all DIY cept the Noah 12, and last and best, the "300 Springs Waterfall", our 50 degree shower 3 miles from takeout. Total 24 miles. Woot!

.... the Aardvark (earth pig)... a rather unremarkable creature whose sole claim to fame is that it is the first animal listed in the dictionary.

Canoes and hammocks are a great combination. Thanks for the report and pictures. Alot of tired but happy faces.

How far away from the Mammoth Cave area were you? Our family was just down there about a month ago. It's a beautiful area and we plan to return in the future.

Looks like you guys had a lot of fun.
If your lucky enough to be outdoors, your lucky enough!
