Why not get a snuggie from Walmart if your looking for a TQ. My wife got me one of the knock-offs and its thicker than the snuggie I got her. Its a TQ as is out the box.

I personally love my woobie (poncho liner). It's good down to the upper 50's if you double it.
Took mine to 56 last weekend with my summer UQ and only waering my t shirt and running tights. Plenty warm enough for me.
