    Nice work dudes

Once again, i'm so sorry to mess this trip for you guys.
But i got in a situation where i would disappoint people what ever i did.
I had to choose my family this time, sorry guys !

I will not be able to meet people at the Steam boat,
our plane leaves 06.50 or something, so we have to be at Arlanda like 05.00

    Thoughts
Swede talked about a minibus (taxi) from his place to the water,
i think that idea makes sense.

Do you really need to book the return tickets back to Stockholm ?
Might be tricky to deside what time?
    Ask SJ ?

Ps, i was so looking forward to meet all of you, but no.
So, now you just have to make me feel i did the wrong choice by having the best tripp ever
Moski, who no longer feels the Secret Ninja Ski emptiness..............
    B/C he got them now

Wow, I go out in the woods for a few days, and all hell breaks loose on the thread

I'm still on for this trip! I am ready to book two canoes, do you want to take care of all our needs on that front Joz?

Getting from the steamboat landing to my house is a 30 minute walk, or a few car rides. The walk would be good, then you get to see Mariefred, a really old town with lots of interesting old stuff in it. As far as preparation for the BBQ, we can either go to the local supermarket to get meat and stuff on the way up to my house, or drive down later. You all are getting in at a respectable time, we can manage either way. Sleeping arangements are still hammocks in the forested area behind my condominum complex. I can call about a minibus from my house to the start of the paddling.

If anyone wants to get in touch with me about details, send a PM and I'll give you my number/Skype/Viber information.

That Faraos curse, I tell ya...

But at my house we are all ready for this trip, haven't gotten a lot of canoeing done yet, but the summer is still young. As of last week I am on vacation, and have time to help with the final details. I know the area and have camped quite a bit of the first two lakes we are paddling on.

Viber certainly rocks! Great skype alternative.
I use it for communications with some friends.
If CURSE allows finally to get there, as of today for me with free time got under that question mark but want, want and want to see that Mariefred. Oh Farao:banghead:
if going to get lucky, I'll chime in pm about contacts.

The minibus takes 8 people, I will be taking my car to the starting point.

I haven't mailed about the price yet, but it can't be more that 30-40 Swedish crowns ($6 American?) per person.

I've never camped that far south, but I'd say an emphatic "yes". I can't imagine we'll not have mosquitos.

Yeah, I'm on it. Just waiting for a few more confirmations, I'll probably make the call next week.

I'm coming with my inflatable canoe in Sweden.

I'm having one or two solo trips on rivers (white waters) in France before coming to Sweden to test myself in hard situations.... Yeah ! I'm crazy! LOL !

I'm landing in Stockholm on 20th on july ; and will reach you at the steam boat for Marifried on 22th of july.

From 20th to 21th : I'm going to kick Mosky's *** at his home and try to change his mind...............
    kidding !

I have a new Garmin GPS : hope it will work well in Sweden !

    See you !
