Odorless 10% Permethrin for use in home

Just ran across this site. It appears they sell odorless 10% Permethrin for use in the home. Prices appear to be more than Tractor Supply's stuff for livestock, but less than Sawyer's pre-mixed stuff for hiking gear.

Here's the direct link to the concentrate--

Link to the label for that product--

One of the pages on the site is the Sawyer's aerosol label--

Good find Rain Man. I'll get this version when I run out of my current supply. I hate the chemical smell of the Durvet stuff I have now. This stuff is also by Durvet.

I found what appears to the same stuff here for half the price.

I ordered that same stuff through Amazon ages ago. UPS smashed the bottle, and I was told I was getting another one...never happened. Amazon told me to talk to the bug place, but place told me to talk to Amazon.

I just wound up ordering some 38% stuff through a different store.

I assume you mean the stuff at your link is the same smelly "Durvet" stuff? I looked at the page, but couldn't find any description of "odorless."

I have the odoriferous Durvet stuff. My linked stuff looks like the same packaging as your linked stuff.

Not really. Similar bottles, of course, but different labels, thus different formulation.

The main thing and big clue to me is the use of the words "odorless" and "for home use" on the one and the lack of them on the other. This is the first time I have seen those words on any Permethrin concentrate (except perhaps Sawyers, which carries a premium price).

Just discovered moths eating an oriental rug here at home, under the living room couch. So, just ordered some of this Permethrin-10. I'll let y'all know how it compares to the Tractor Supply (smelly) stuff.

I'd say it's just great. I sprayed several items a few weeks ago and never smelled a thing. Whereas, that stuff I got from Tractor Supply for livestock had a definite "petroleum" scent to it. Wasn't over-powering and did decrease over time, but never totally went away. Not so with the new stuff. I like it!
