    ordered some stuff from smart outdoors

    Just put the order in for whoopies, huggers, and elephant trunks from www.smartoutdoors.webs.com. I will post after I recive everything with pics. Then hopefully give a review on the setup.

    1. pair of Elephant trunks $15.00
    2. 8' whoppie slings $15.50

    FYI smart outdoors is not shipping product till 8/29/11 (he is on vacation enjoying his gear) so I'll let you know when they come in.

    I think I've got every version of the Elephant Trunk (including a bunch that are not available), and all the tarp keys and crosses as well. They're really cool pieces of hardware. You'll love the Trunks!

    Here's some pics for ya'. They are heavier than toggles, but personally, I prefer them. I have a couple of sets, and they go with me whenever I'm not hanging in one of my blackbirds. Still have the stock suspensions on those.

    The snow in the one pic makes the trunk a little hard to see, but that's living in the frozen north.

    Wow got everything in Friday 9/2/11. He even attached the elephant trunks to the tree huggers for me. The eleahpant trunks are very sturdy looking and weigh next to nothing. I'll post my pics and what not when I get a chance tonight.
