    As for using the Nano underneath a GTUL...
    The idea is to rig it underneath, and then... what is the rest?
    Stuffing / clipping an insulating layer in between?

    I have both and there is a huge difference. The UL is more of a beginners hammock and doesn't stretch like nylon (what most hammocks are made of). I felt like my shoulder was going out of socket in the UL.

    The Nano does stretch a good amount with my 140lbs, so might not work as well for the heaver hangers but I like it alot.

    IMO they are not comparable comfort-wise. I couldn't sleep in my UL. The nano is awesome if it fits you.
