Deciding on Hammock

+1 to BillyBobs post.

All excellent choices with minor differences, and comparatively priced depending on options. I have owned a HHBPUL zip and it a was good hammock, I just felt it was a bit cramped (I am 5' 11.5"). I think if I had an Explorer model, I'd still be happily using it.

I just recently aquired a WBBB DL, and besides the size difference between that and the BPUL theres not a whole lot of difference IMO. The shelf is great and the footbox is nice but not neccessary. The only consideration between the suspension systems would be the slight additional cost of adding either whoopies or a webbing system to the HH (although the HH line suspension works perfectly fine). I personally consider that a wash, because BB users have converted from webbing to whoopies also.

Either is a fine choice.
