    Thread???

    Was just wondering what brand, style, size, whatever of thread is best suited for 1.1 & 1.9 oz fabrics. I know polyester is a must but what weight? Tex 30, 40, 45 smaller? Single strand or trilobal? Spun? Isocord, Guttermans, Coats? There are just too many choices for us beginners Then you get into needle sizes . Please someone set me on the correct path .
