Whoopie/SRL/Soft Shackle amsteel diameter?

Hey guys, does anyone know what size amsteel to use for the above, in millimetres? Outside of the USA, we dont really use fractions of an inch, and be buggered if i can find an online converter...

7/64th amsteel is very common for hammock suspension. 7/64 of an inch is 2.778mm.

If your looking to buy some amsteel, I got a few hundred feet from Redden marine in the states and they shipped internationally for me. Really nice people to deal with

Well i guess i am going overkill then! I am using 3mm (1/8) for my SRL and 4mm (5/32) for the whoopie suspension! At least i know that my suspension wont fail then!!!

Probably worth it, it aint cheap over here!
