Thanks Jax! I would add a few things. The road on the right by the lake is not really a driving road. We had cars on both sides of it though up near where it fork. The camping areas on either side of the main central area are wide open for cars and campers. We will probably want to leave those clear for car campers while the rest of us can park along the road to the right and walk over to spots. Once more though--camping spots are everywhere--we have no risk of running out of those. We will have to compress our cars though and put some thought into where they all end up. I am still pretty confident that we will be fine.

"Vada a Bordo, Cazzo!"
As long as I'm warm I just put in a pair of disposable foam earplugs and my hammock becomes a sensory deprivation chamber. I sleep like the dead. Too bad I snore too sometimes so everyone else gets to suffer....
Zuki, if you recall you rescued my cook kit! So it'd be a pleasure to hear you snore---well from a couple hundred yards! Looking forward to seeing you and the other Canaveral hangers again this January.
Does anybody bring kayaks to tool around the little lake? I can if there will be an easy way to get the car reasonably close to the boat put in.
Also thinking of bringing ladder toss (called sag knuts by some) if any interest.
Is there a raffle at this hang, can't imagine why not since this is the LARGEST hang of the year on planet Earth!
Forgot, we are contributing to a group eat right?
Looking forward to seeing you again, MedicineMan! People do bring kayaks, I may bring one this year, depending on the weather. I seem to remember frost-covered, freeze dried kayaks on the shore last year!
I'll have my kayak there. Too many good waters' to pass up some paddle-time.
