Yep, I don't have one either, and I'd have to sell my PeaPod to justify getting one. Which I really thought about while they were on sale. Because at the lower price, I think that alone would have swung my decision towards the SF over the pod. And had those prices been available the day I bought, I think I would own a SF. I was having a hard time making up my mind between the two at the time of purchase even at the regular SF price.

But, the pod is great anyway, and even greater with a thinner hammock like the Claytor.

Yeah, my sticking point is still price, unfortunately.

Way to save your pennies, Hooch. Very commendable.

I thought you owned a SnugFit? No?

No, I don't. <shrug> Maybe if there were ever a "summer snugfit" or a "snugfit light" version, I'd be able to get one.

Well I don't know if this is still true or not, but when the SF first came out, Ed said he had a few thinner, 40* quilts instead of the thicker 30* that is shown on his site. Those may have been in a very limited quantity. Just FYI.

I think that Ed just sold some of those a while back on sale. You may want to check with him to see if he'll hae any more. I think they sold for about 15% off the regular price or so. I came close to getting one of those, but decided to hold out for the "real deal" instead. I'd say while the cooler weather it still here at night and next fall, it'll come in handy. Maybe I can actually attend the Winter Hang next year since I'll have a little bit of insulation to keep me warm now.
