Welcome from MS! Speaking from experience, there's no better sleep than from an improvised hammock made from cargo netting hanging from the ramp section of a Herky! I remember long flights across the pond, hanging from the bulkheads. That Herky hum is quite the lullaby.

Welcome aboard! Used to hang out at Kadena occasionally when I was stationed at Camp Schwab in '88. Nice little base, good place to catch roundeye chicks, since there were NONE on Schwab.
