That is my fallback option if I cannot locate an Elkommando. While I don't want a plaid one a la their Hiking Kilt, their Commando Kilt is a solid color, but twice the price of what the Elkommandos were selling at.
I've heard that Mountain Hardwear will have the Elkommando back as part of their spring collection in 2012, but don't want to wait that long!
