KM, hopefully that's shipping weight.
OK, if its 26 oz for all 6 panels then I am in.
If its 26 oz each then that is too heavy.
Timberr, I bet you can tell without a scale. Just hold it in your hands.
Do all 6 weigh about 1.5 lbs or do all 6 weigh 10lbs?
Gallon of milk = 8 -9 lbs.
Bag of flour = 5 lbs.
I'll let you know as soon as they get here. I shipped them cheapo/slow boat method so it'll be another week or so.
FHV Planning Thread (it's gonna rock!)
So many trees, so little time...
Timberr, that's fine. We have about 6 months before we need to sorry about bugnets. Now is the time all DIY threads turn to under quilts.
THEY ARE LIGHT.
I emailed Bargain Outfitters about the weight of these panels.
26 oz is the total weight for all 6 panels.
Each panel weighs about 4.3 oz.
I calculate I need 2.5 panels for a bugnet, plus cordage, minus trimming bugnet then each finished net shoudl weigh about 11oz.
