Hi There!

Awesome to find this forum through my friend "Streamline". Backpacker here from the early 90's. I'm in my lower 30's now. Started with going with father to the Smokies, and haven't looked back. What started with a crew of me, my Father, and his friends has now evolved into me and my friends (hiking crew of around 15 friends).

Its the best time in the world to be out on the trail with good friends. We hope to have our kids join us in then next few years.

Anyway, we've all just recently gotten into lighter packing, and are evolving to hammocks. I recently got the ENO DblNest, and with help from Streamline, I have some great Whoopee Slings now. About to switch those out for the rope in the ends of the ENO.

Just now started making paracord bracelets at the house for the crew. What fun!

9 of us are planning on our early October hike to the Smokies to test out our hammocks.

Can't wait!
