VIDEO: Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore

Did a quick 2 night trip up to Sleeping Bea Dunes National Lakeshore in late August. One night in the campground (can you say crowded?) and then went ot the White Pine backcountry campground. Tent camping (Sorry) both night. I brought the WBBB along just becasue I could. Two nights of sleeping on the ground was all it took to convince the GF that hammocks are the way to go. I set up the BB in camp and she jumped in and I went about my business, she was aslpeep within 5 minutes.

    Enjoy!

    Great Report

If you know where to go in that area you can escape the crowds.

The lakeshore sunsets are great, and beach strolling can't be any better anywhere.
