    These are nice lights. I carry one every day on my keychain, as well as hang one on my ridgeline, and have another one or two in my pack. They're light enough to scatter pretty much everywhere while backpacking.

    It generally takes me between 2 and 3 weeks to receive something from dealextreme.

    I use similar. super small and bright as ever. I keep one on the ridgeline & on my backpack, also one on my person. You never know in the dark...

    Thanks AaronAlso and Islander! I have one of these that glows a red light on my nightstand but I never thought of using them while backpacking! DOH!

    It's a good idea to toss these around in your kit so one is always close at hand. I'm loading up!

    Go to the pet section and find small lights made for dog collars. Has hook for ridge line. About $6 or $7 and weigh about an ounce.

    I was going to order 4 for the same "just cuz" reason...until I saw the almost $8 for shipping.

    Makes me think I should order more to justify the shipping costs...
