That sounds great, glad you had a good first night.

There are a lot of pillow options out there. I do not use one but am in the market, and have been eying the Blackrock pillow. http://www.blackrockgear.com/pillow.html

There are others who use medical grade inflatable pillows. Weigh next to nothing and functional. Plus extremely cheap.

+1 on raising the feet -- about 6" in my case.

A small pillow is all I need. The Cocoon Ultralight is nice. I could get by with a fleece jacket.

You will like whoopie slings a lot-- so easy to adjust and lighter too. I use Camp Nano carabiners with them. If you want longer/lighter tree straps check our Arrowhead Equip.

What are you using for bottom insulation?

Glad you went well first night. It took me a few nights to sleep really well - i think just because it is such a different sleeping environment to usual.
I also use one. This one:

I have it about 30%-40% inflated. It is comfy on side and back, and the shape makes it move with you. I definitely recommend trying it.

I got a coleman inflatable u-shaped neck-pillow thing... It's pretty comfy but haven't tried it in the hammock yet.
