Hi,
I'm new in this kind of questions. I live in this area and I want to know what is the best option for topquilt and underquilt. I have 60kg and 177 cm. For top quilt I'm thinking in Burrow 40F, but I'm not sure.

Well first off welcome to the forum from Maryland. As for which UQ to choose their are many variables. The Hammock Gear Burrow TO and Phoenix or Incubator UQ are all great pieces of gear. Looking at the lowest temps in your area it looks like a 40 degree TQ/UQ set would do you just fine especially if you had layers of clothing on in case it got a bit colder. But if you wanted to play it safe you could always get the 30 bag and have to carry less cloths to sleep in at night. It also depends if you sleep hot or cold. Meaning are you usually hot when you sleep or cold when you sleep outside? And lastly you could always do what I did and just get them all.
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.
Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.
Yep, the regular sized Burrow would be a great quilt for you.
