Ok so my BIL bailed on me, I will be flying solo (sort of) on this one. But don't worry I can eat enough for the two of us.

I'm going to bring a two-burner Coleman stove (if it still works) so I can slow cook a pot of green chili to go with those hot dogs! My garden has yielded an end-of-season bonanza of tomatillos, as well as habanero, serrano, jalapeno and cayenne chili peppers.

This chili will be very tasty and hot as Hades, but if you guys don't eat it, I'll bring the leftovers home and eat it myself. I've been making pots of this chili all summer, so I'm fairly immune to the heat.

If, for some reason, the chili isn't hot enough (which I seriously doubt), I'm also bringing a collection of hot sauces so you can kick it up a notch: Dave's Insanity Sauce, Blair's After Death, and Endorphin Rush (my favorite). I'll also bring my own special blend of the sauces above, plus some Tabasco and Cholula for flavor.

Perrito has also suggested bringing a case of bottled water. Does that sound like a good suggestion?

One less for dinner, I'm sad to say that after evaluating my current situation this trip just can't be a priority for me at this time, despite how much I want it to be. Good luck everyone in the raffle, and have a great weekend of fellowship in the piney woods.
