Finally found my camera tripod so I thought I'd make my first Hammock Forums video.

After getting some goodies in the mail, I just HAD to make some adjustments to my hang.
1. Replaced cheap nylon tarp ridgeline with 2.2 mm Zing-it with Nite-Ize knot bone on one end, and Nite-Ize Figure 9 on the other.
2. Figure 9 connects to rope via DIY soft shackle prusik (Thanks for the pictoral, opie).
3. Knotbone is connected to ridgeline via fixed loop with a fixed Brummel (thanks again opie).
4. Tarp connects to ridgeline with DIY 1.75 mm soft shackle prusiks.
5. I replaced DIY Amsteel Blue 7/64 adjustable hammock ridgeline with a DIY 1.75 mm Zing-It whoopie sling (thanks slobro) and DIY 2.2 mm Zing-It soft shackle (thanks opie). You can never shave enough grams off, eh?
So add that to my DIY Amsteel Blue whoopie hammock suspension, and my DIY snakeskins, and I should be good to go.
Looking forward to the fall MAHHA hang October 14-16, 2011!
