Not sure what you are meaning. Are you wanting a continuous loop on the end of the hammock and then have the ability to put that loop on some form of quickly adjustable knot on the treestrap?

Kinda sounds like using Dutch's cinch bugs with quite long tree straps might fit this idea as a solution.

Funny, the first thing that popped into my head was the Dutch Buckle, the MSH alternative. OF COURSE Cinch Bugs would be just about perfect, seeing as how that is exactly how I have 1 set of suspension set up! Duh.

Thinking further, have Cinch Bugs made the Dutch Buckle obsolete? Seems they get the job done for CLs or Whoopies. (Kinda like I haven't had any serious need for Flyz since Dutch brought out the Stinger and Fleaz.)

I was planning using either the 2 inch webbing on dutchware or using Amstel I'm leaning towards the webbing I would use the cinch bugs however I am making a whole hammock and so I have a budget and they cost too much for me

All you need is a tree strap with a loop sewn or tied at one end, a toggle, and a whoopie sling. (very simple, cheap and easy!) When you get to camp, you put the tree strap around the tree, thru the loop at the end, tie a marlin spike hitch around the toggle, and put the whoopie sling loop around the knot. the toggle is fixed after you tie it, the adjustment is done with the whoopie sling Thats it. my favorite suspension by far! (whoopie slings are cheap and easy to make--------lots of you tube videos ---I would send you a set but I'm out of amsteel!)

FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.
