Just Order Our First KAQ's!!

Just wanted to further stack Arrowhead's reputation with more positive reviews. My Girlfriend and I had order our New Rivers last night, but had realized shortly there after that we had the wrong address listed in the Paypal account. We promptly e-mailed Arrowhead at midnight, and at 8:30am our time, we got a response saying they would take care of it. With some of the smaller venders I've dealt with, it sometimes takes 3 or 4 days before we get a reply. We were very happy that Arrowhead does a stellar job with their customer service!

lol, now the wait for our quilts!! which we are very excited for. It was this forums reviews and praise that sold us on KAQ's and I'm sure we'll be recommending them to others as well.
