Testing the waters before pulling the trigger on a new one. What's the going rate for a used Ridgerunner? Any available?
I was able to find one from Warbonnet that was a blemish.

Can you put a price on happiness?
The RR is legit, you'll love it. Good luck.
They hold their resale value pretty well. I sold one for $175 a few weeks ago.
and also, I love my ridgerunner, but my wife does not. It is my favorite hammock as far as comfort. It is more comfortable than my bed any day.
The good thing about buying USA built hammocks, is that you can try them out and sell them if you do not like them. I have tried so much stuff because of this! You can have a bit of money tied up in it, but you can usually sell it for at least 80% of what you paid for it here on the FS section. This has let me "rent" quite a few hammocks and decide what works best for me and my family.
so...
Good luck! You will make a good choice. There are not many bad choices.

I sold a WBRR 1.1 DL with the SpinDrift cover for $275 recently. They are great hammocks, but I just can't sleep in a bridge hammock. You may want to try one out before you buy one, but as stated their resale value is pretty good.
I can nap in them just fine and find them very comfortable, I just can't sleep well in them. Weird, I know.

I just ordered my second Ridgerunner. One is for camping and the other is a netless RR for sleeping indoors. I got rid of my bed and replaced it fulltime with a Ridgerunner that I've been sleeping in full time for about 2 months now. It's the most comfortable nights sleep I've ever had but it might be different for you.
The last I heard, Brandon had some Double Layer RRs available with minor blemishes for $40 off (i.e., ~20% off) -- I ordered my second such blem RR after LOVING the first. E-Mail brandon to check on availability of blem RRs.
And note that you don't have to have a 4-8 week wait on these -- they are already made and just need to be put in the mail!
