You have to contact the mods directly via PM about logo use permission. It is copyrighted. There can be member use, but nothing commercial.
FWIW, flags are already available here.

Devil Woman flags already does a nice job, for about $25. For that, we get a choice of background colors, slogan color, and orb color. See below.
I chose the tan orb and black hanger to represent the moon and a hanger in silohouette.
In earlier post some had complained about the quality not being as good as her earlier work. Anyone here bought a Devil Woman flag lately?

I bought mine in May. She incorrectly filled the order, so I needed to send it back to her. That gave me the opportunity to change a few things. I did notice that the mistaken flag was not rectangular, but trapezoidal. Not so with the replacement one. I found her easy to work with, so if there was an error, or lack of good work, surely she would stand behind her work and fix the problem.
I wonder if she would make mine
