I'll go ahead and throw in yet another opinion.
My son and I both use the ENO DN hammocks. The hammocks are both at different stages of modification (essentially my son gets my previous modification attempts after I've already tested it out). He has the webbing straps and descender rings and I am using the whoopie slings, marlin spike hitch and tree straps (all textbook copies from Grizz's fantastic set of you tube vids). Stay away from the slap straps. They will stretch! Mine stretched and I only weigh about 150lbs.
Since my son and I are involved in Scouting, I wanted a tarp that would be large enough to cover both of us (we hang side by side), and also provide privacy when desired. We use the Warbonnet Superfly with doors and it's fantastic! I made some snake skins for the tarp which makes deploying the tarp much easier. I would recommend having your tarp separate from the hammock for 2 reasons. You don't want to pack a wet tarp in with your dry hammock and if the tarp is attached to the hammock it is likely to sag when you get in the hammock.
