Warbonnet Hammock Bottom Insulation

Here is my dilemma, I am going for a section hike in 2 days so I don't have time to order a bottom quilt. Just got back in today and was using a Speers CCF 1/4" pad. The pad was sliding around all over the place so I had many cold spots plus I don't know if it is rated for that temp. Just was not a good experience.

I am thinking of putting together 2 WalMart blue pads but not sure if that is the way to go...any suggestions?

Cut a Walmart blue pad to the size of your sleeping bag and slide it inside the bag. Use a bit of the 1/4 inch pad outside the bag where your shoulders are.

You're probably ready to move to an under quilt. They are very comfortable and warm.
