Sleeping bag issues

Has anyone else had this problem. I am using a Byer Mosquito Traveller and when I have my bag in it the foot of the sleeping bag ends up going over the side of the hammock at the bottom, collapsing the hammock. The bag more or less ends up like a slinky working its way further out of the hammock. Very annoying.
Any suggestions?

run some shock cord through the loop on the end of the bag (there should be one there to hang from for drying).. use a beaner to connect the loop of shock cord to the foot end of the hammock

I do this with my WBBB and my Claytor. Really works. I use the bag as a top quilt, just zip up enough to form a footbox. I use shock cord through the loops with a small S biner.

That is brilliant . . .

if loops were sewn one at each shoulder point
and at the hip on each side
the bag could be attached to the hammock
and the fiddle factor could all but be eliminated . . . yea . . .
