Instructions say 230m of paracord. 550 Paracord weighs 1lb/69m making the hammock come in at 3.33lbs.
Don't know why I felt compelled to figure that out.

Curious that in the reference Mears first calls for sisal rope, a natural fiber product, found everywhere with very different properties. Low stretch and biodegradable.
At this time in history paracord is also ubiquitous, having been dispersed around the world. So, in its way, pretty natural, too.
