Right now, the only place I would want to go is a secluded lake. No people around, no traffic, no sirens, no worries of day to day life. Just sit around a fire eating and listening to the crickets.

ive been trying to get some friends to go with me out either to moab or the southwest corner of the state. both sound fun and doable for me. id love to do yellowstone or yosemite. the top two places though are anywhere in new zealand or denali national park. really any park in alaska.
Tucker: So I suppose if you are helping us you arent as mean as I thought...
Tex: I wouldnt say Im mean, I just get hired to do mean things.
Tucker: But you like it.
Tex: Well I think its important to enjoy what you do.

I like your choices and I would keep a couple of them on my list of places to go. I can't comment on the Boundary Waters Wilderness in MN. I have never been there, but I have seen the others a few times.
Uintas, UT - You don't want to waste your time out here. I try to spend as much time up there as possible. It is a great place to have within a couple hours of home. It would make a good destination location too. King's Peak is very busy but you can find solitude on other routes pretty easily.
Yosemite - The north side of the park is really cool. My favorite places are actually just outside the park boundaries. (Cherry Lake is a good launching point. )
Wind Rivers or Tetons, WY - Hard to beat that anywhere in the US.
Good luck in your trip planning.
