Looks like I have fallen in with the right crowd. I prefer to hang together than hang separately.
For "ya'll" on the south side of the River in Kan-Tuck-Kee...thats the Appalachian Plateaus province.
The Olentangy/Scioto interfluviate ridge is north of Columbus, Ohio. I prefer to orient myself by the landscape rather than those slippery politicial divisions. Those are just lines on the map people made up. A drainage basin is a more enduring frame of reference. Besides, it sounds a heck of a lot more interesting.
I found this band of merry-makers through my daughter who participates in the Ohio Ren Fest - who met Doctari there. I hope to meet him tomorrow when I visit the event.
