    exup,

    ZPacks has these: http://www.zpacks.com/accessories/carabiner.shtml

    Mini-D Carabiner

    Specifications:
    Weight: .1 oz / 2.8 grams
    Length: 1 5/8", Width: 1", Thickness: 1/8"
    Material: Anodized aluminum

    Description:
At exactly one tenth of an ounce these are the smallest and lightest carabiners around. They are perfect for clipping items to your pack, hanging your food bag, and many other uses.
They are strong enough for almost any backpacking application, but are not meant to support a human's weight.

I've been very happy with the Jacks r Better mini biners. Small but sturdy.

if these are the ones from niteize, i've been using them for my underquilt and after using them for about 10 nites i've noticed they have started to bend and give out, of course you might not have as much force on them with your UQ as is do, but they make these tiny s-bines in metal too and am going to order some of them and compare them for weight with the plastic ones, shouldn't be much difference and should be alot stronger

    I got these off ebay:

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI...#ht_521wt_1037

They're nice and small, probably and inch and a half long.

Gra factor, do these have any sort of interlock at the closure?

If you mean a threaded ring that locks it closed, then no. They have that usual tongue in groove fit between the the two ends that meet. It looks like a normal non-locking carabiner except much smaller. I can take a photo if you need more information.
