I had to throw that story in my newest trip report. Man, that just amazes me and it shows just how much Hammock gear cares about their customers.

Wow...thats just incredible service! You know, my 3S Phoenix stands on its own for quality, really well made, so, so warm... but when you hear stories like this, sure makes a guy feel priveleged to own a HG product!
We are really lucky to have some seriously outstanding vendors on this site.
Cheers!
Adam and Jenny are two folks I'm proud to call friends. Wish there were more folks like them!
.... but Adam isn't human ya know!
WARNING: Will discuss Rhurbarb Strawberry Pie and Livermush at random.

I had the pleasure of meeting Adam, Jenny and their kids when they showed up at MAHHA. Adam and Jenny were so kind and you felt like you knew them after about a minute. Great people.
I ordered a 20-degree Burrow on Sept 29th and it would have shipped last Thursday and perhaps I would have gotten it today... if they didn't bring it with them to MAHHA! After Adam asked my name, he smiled, walked to the back of his van and handed me my Burrow. Not quite a 3-hour drive at 10pm but that is outstanding service. Oh, I picked up an Incubator too and the quality is outstanding, even the stitching on their stuff sack. I just might be in love with my gear. Can't say enough kind words about Stormcrow and Thorwren.

I caught this thread when Bluejeans first made it but did not have the chance to reply at the time....all I can say is wow. My head has been known to swell a little after reading things like this...
Regarding the special delivery to Bluejeans...It really was not a huge deal. His order was getting a little to longstanding and I was already feeling bad about it. So, when I head there was no way it would get there in time using traditional mail, I just fired up the Hammock Gear delivery service vehicle. Anyway, it was a great excuse to get away from Juki. She and I have been way to intimate lately. I think Thorwren is actually getting a little jealous.....
@bluejeans
It was great meeting you and your house is BEAUTIFUL. Thanks for opening the door to a crazy hammocker at the hour! I am glad the gear worked for you! I am just happy the tarp glue had dried enough to handle those winds (kidding)!
Thanks Fronkey for the video too. Your trip reports are always a treat. I watch them all! I hope to get up to another northern hang again soon!
@Syb
It was great meeting you at MAHHA as well. I did not get to spend nearly enough time with everyone there. Maybe next one. I still can not believe you ran 18+ miles in the hills of that area....good luck on your marathon.
@Hawkeye
....ssshhhhhhhhh keep that on the down low will ya buddy! Sorry I have to miss this next gorge trip...But I will get there again soon! Heck, I am even thinking about a relocation....
~Stormcrow
P.S. I just added the word "Fronkey" to my Firefox browser spell checker dictionary so it would stop putting that little red squiggle line under it...lol.
