Warbonnetguy implies that he and the customer can affordably custom-make a longer hammock IFF the rest of the parts, such as the bug netting, do not have to be custom-cut and sewn to fit the hammock. His well-regarded Traveller, which some Warbonnet fans even prefer to the higher-zoot BlackBird, uses a separate bug net, which is either long enough as stock to accomodate another 6-12" of hammock, or can be readily adapted.

Another suggestion here, a WL "Night Owl" also separates hammock from net.

Wise vet RamblinRev has correctly suggested that someone with special needs / special gifts won't be any more inconvenienced or have less pleasure in custom making his / her own than a "normal" person, and won't have to pay the understandable high price that a pro shop might need to build a custom rig which was complicated by integration.

For an integrated custom hammock, maybe Papa Smurf, who may never (?) make two of the same of any hammock, might want the commission?

DIY bridge. Easy to adjust the length and suspension curve to meet any height. It's as easy as punching in a length and a arc depth into a premade spreadsheet and it kicking out the curve measurements.

DIY is always a good bet if you are on a budget.

If you hit up walmart you can spend <$10 on bargain bin fabric and be set. An entire hammock may only cost you $20 or less.
