u-09fl adhesive with cuben?

i need input from someone experienced with using the u-09fl liquid adhesive (hysol/locktite/henkel) on cuben fiber. i'm constructing a rain jacket, a kilt and a few stuff sacks. would it work? i can't find vhb tape nor 94 primer in australia.

Will it work - yes. However, it will be extremely slow & tedious. Can you find 9485pc(this tape will also work) or 3m contact cement in Australia?

My experiments were with U-10FL, but I expect U-09FL would be good also. Go for it. I've heard that Primer 94 improves Loctite bonds also, but again, go for it.
